Set on a motorway services type estate with plenty of parking, car charging and food drive throughs. Not picturesque, you cant walk out to a pub/village. Wouldnt have stayed if known about the setting. Very close to Stonehenge which is why most might stay here.

Very helpful staff who helped us when needed. Only down side was the 37 degree day, the air conditioning wasn’t working properly.

满意 Obviously most people star here to go to Stonehenge (which was phenomenal for the Sunrise on Summer Solstice btw!!!). Ok for that but other options in Amesbury (where this hotel is, it’s not really Salisbury). Amesbury henge is bigger and sunset there was also an amazing experience with singing and a play in the fields etc etc. No pool, no gym, expensive BF, room was nice but not worth expense, so suggest you book early and go somewhere closer. BTW, I booked parking at Stonehenge and THAT is a 2km walk from Stonehenge!!!

Friendly staff. Excellent food offering. Good location.
A shame about my shower control falling apart and an extractor unit that looked as though it had seen better days.
In the heat, the air conditioning in the room was excellent and very welcome. It would have been nice if it had operated throughout the hotel.
I will be happy to stay there again

We were told by the lady at the front desk that we had a free dinner with our stay, but the restaurant in the hotel said we did not. However, we were charged for the stay with that amenity and it was never received. Therfore, we essentially paid for our dinner twice.

This hotel is SO nice we did a half boarding ( dinner and breakfast included). The food was wonderful. The room was nice , clean and very close to Stonehenge. I would definitely stay here again.
