We always enjoy staying at the Crowne Plaza Manila and have become repeat visitors because our children love how conveniently it’s connected to the mall. The location makes it easy for our family to shop, dine, and relax without having to travel far. Our room was clean and comfortable overall. We did notice a cockroach on the nightstand one evening, which was unfortunate, but aside from that, everything else went smoothly during our stay. One small suggestion would be regarding breakfast. We felt that the breakfast buffet at the Holiday Inn on the opposite side offered a better layout and seemed to have a wider selection of Filipino dishes. It would be great to see more local options at the Crowne Plaza as well. Overall, we had another pleasant stay and appreciate the friendly service and convenience the hotel offers. Thank you, and we look forward to returning again in the future.

Pretty solid choice. I am extremely noise sensitive and the hotel is on a very busy street so ask for a high floor quiet facing room. I could occasionally hear some traffic but didn't bother me so probably won't bother you. Very powerful somewhat loud aircon and like most hotels the control panel was hard to figure out but I eventually did and got the fan low enough to not be noisy. Why not just a low medium high fan switch and a dial on the side to set the temperature? The hotel adjoins a very large nice shopping mall. Other than that not much action in the immediate neighborhood. About a 12 minute walk to the elevated rail line which is underrated if you are going to where it goes. At rush hour it's a lot faster than a taxi and not that crowded. If there is a motorcycle taxi it would be 3 minute ride. You might consider downloading Grab which is their version of Uber but you pay in cash not credit card so no data security risks etc.

Excellent staff, very accommodating, as well as resolved an issue with my smoke detector immediately. Very wide ranging breakfast options. Would stay again.

Property was clean. Staff were helpful

Check in was quick, got nice room with city view on requested high floor. Convenient location where mall was adjacent. Lobby is okay except for the strong smell of whatever scent the hotel was using. Not very pleasing for some (including myself). Buffet breakfast was okay, a bit pricey for what was offered. Food was not refilled even if there was still over an hour left for breakfast. Staff were very helpful and courteous though.

Buffet Breakfast was a good spread of different cuisines and a great way to start the day! Being attached to a major shopping centre is ideal for dining options which had a plethora of international cuisines..
