The Franklin on Rittenhouse, A Boutique Hotel

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

Great location. Very large and clean rooms.

Convenient location, comfortable bed and quiet, but overall a tired hotel. Windows dirty and did not open which was too bad given A/C often could not cool room. Nice desk person provided a fan, but still room was hot, damp and musty. WiFi spotty. Overall OK but I think there are better options for the price

Fantastic day from start to finish. The hotel accommodated all of my requests. The location is excellent, with parking across the street and a plethora of fantastic food options nearby.

I enjoyed my stay at this quaint boutique hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and kind throughout my visit. The hotel is tucked just off Rittenhouse Square on a charming side street, and walking to Walnut Street for shopping and dining couldn’t have been easier. The complimentary breakfast was lovely, and the rooms were tastefully decorated. I truly loved my experience here and plan to stay again anytime I’m in Philadelphia. I would highly recommend it to my friends.

I was disappointed by everything at this property after reading extensive positive reviews of the hotel. It truly felt like a bait and switch and I felt ripped off for what I found upon arrival. Given it was already paid for at a very high price, I made do, but to start off with, it was dirty and run down. Perhaps I did not read more carefully, but the presence of a restaurant was appealing to me, but it is not open all day and the only breakfast served was extremely minimal with stale pastries in a dark stuffy room (it is photographed extremely well on the website). The room was run down and things were falling apart. I was suprised to find out that I needed to request housekeeping services and it was not automatic at the pricepoint, but they did say that I could have it if I wanted. The women at the front desk were very nice, but other than that, I would never stay or recommend this property.

Excellent breakfast, pleasant helpful staff Comfortable room Bathroom needs improvements—poor drainage and low water pressure

Love the place and the manager Doug is so accommodating!

Nice stay for weekend in Philadelphia. Music from club next door was loud until midnight one night. Breakfast was a little skimpy. Also parking was a bit of an issue. Neighborhood was great with a lot to do.

Beautiful!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast had nice selection. Room and bathroom were clean. Main complaint was lack of storage space for clothes, and the bedside tables were small.
