一般 This experience was completely unacceptable.
We were traveling to Edmonton when we struck a moose on the highway. What followed was a genuine emergency—our son ended up in the hospital, and we were forced to completely change our plans. We immediately contacted the hotel, explained the situation, and the manager assured us that a refund would be issued due to the circumstances.
Since then, the hotel has gone silent. Calls and messages have gone unanswered, and they are now refusing to honour the commitment that was made to us.
A business is defined not by how it treats guests when everything goes smoothly, but by how it responds when families face a crisis. In our case, there was no compassion, no accountability, and no integrity in following through on what was promised.
We were dealing with a hospitalized child and an unexpected emergency, yet the hotel chose to ignore us and disregard their word.
Potential guests should be aware of how this property handles serious emergencies. Based on our experience, promises mean very little once they have your money.

Horrible parking. Garage door smashed on my truck. Argued with the staff about the door closing for no where. Another person parked outside and truck was broke into. Place is clean. Wasn’t impressed with staff and won’t stay there again.
