Room was large and comfortable. Great bathroom. Loved the pool and hot tub but it was freezing cold. Thankfully we were able to warm up in the sauna.

For a 5 star hotel I felt the room and general feel of the hotel was only ok. No turn down service, breakfast buffet only ok, dinner at the restaurant ok - nothing to write home about

Staff were very courteous and helpful. Valet parking made arrival super easy. The welcome drink was a nice touch, however, even though check in was at 3.00pm, we had to wait until after 4.00 until the room was ready. Breakfast was quite good, with ample choice, but not exceptional. Pool was nice, but a problem with the heating made it a little cool. Room was very clean and comfortable, although the TV had issues and did not work properly. Overall, a very enjoyable stay, but just missed the mark in a number of areas.

I genuinely enjoyed my time in the Westin, classic and elegant. The staff always happy to guide you in directions you might be interested in.
