Me gusto su ubicación, su terraza, pero debo destacar la amabilidad y la calidad de sus empleados , desde el primero al ultimo , nos hicieron sentir como en casa y eso no tiene precio, super recomendable y volvería mil veces a este hotel.

满意 The room was clean but the sofa in the room looked old and worn. There was even a hole in it which really brought down the presentation of the room. The male staff were friendly and helpful but the ladies at the reception desk were not very helpful. For example, when I inquired about laundry, one of the ladies just said I had to keep it in my room (although I had been instructed by someone else to take it downstairs), and when dealing with this matter, the woman at the reception desk simply repeated herself without adding further detail. Eventually, somehow I learned that the laundry service was outsourced and they had nowhere to hold it until the following Monday.
Our phone didn’t work and I was trying to communicate by text through Expedia with the hotel and they would not respond there either. They did respond to one of my requests by bringing an iron to my room, but they did not text any replies leaving me feeling ignored.
The pizza in their restaurant was great.

Ideal location in the historical quarter. Beautiful hotel, very friendly staff. Perfect for us to explore Seville in the morning, and relax at the rooftop pool when it got too hot in the afternoon! I would certainly recommend a stay here.

I arrived a bit early due to my flight , because I was working remotely, I needed to find a place to plug into Wi-Fi. The steps for accommodating and giving me a very nice space so that I can work remotely until my room was ready.!! I am so thankful for all the attention they gave me.
My day was comfortable. Location was perfect.

The location is great, right next to the Seville Cathedral (great views from the roof top bar). Many tapas bars and restaurants close by. The staff were super helpful, booking guides, booking dinners, and helping us navigate our way to the hotel. I'd recommend the hotel.
Some things to consider:
The hotel is right in the city center. So, expect some typical nighttime noise, like street sweeping. Our first floor (2nd floor US) room was a bit noisy.
In our room, the bed was on an elevated platform (3 inch). It looked nice, but took some getting used to. If you can afford the extra 50 euros, get a terraced room... great views!
So, if you want to experience Seville, you can't beat the location, staff, and general room decor.
