Airport shuttle took longer than expected (> 1 hour). No restaurant available when we got there. No shuttle available at the time requested. Bad advertisement. The experience was really bad.

Hotel is located in a nice area of Doral, FL. Staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms should be refresh and maintained better.

I was told to call upon arrival to the airport for a shuttle. The next shuttle would not be arriving for almost an hour as they had to bring a guest to the airport and didn’t want to make an extra trip. I ended up getting an Uber instead of waiting. I also thought breakfast was included but it was an extra $20 per person fee.
