神户维亚马雷酒店 (Hotel ViaMare Kobe)

設備は最新とはいかないが清潔感もあり問題ない。ただ、エレベーターの乗り口でエアコンの風がタバコ臭いのはいただけない。

満足できるホテルでした。

観光の拠点には便利な立地かと思います。 部屋はコンパクトですが狭すぎず、ちょうどいい感じでした。 バストイレがちょっと古いかな。もう少し綺麗に掃除して欲しいなと思う点がありました。

部屋は広く感じました。冷蔵庫にお水が入っているとよかったかなと思います。

駐車場の提携先があれば、非常に良いと思います。

アクセスとても良かった。観光の拠点にできる。

ルミナリエに便利です

I book a non-smoking room but was allocated with smoking room. Need to pay extra for the nonsmoking room. They said I had requested but is not confirmed by the hotel! Hotel lobby is at 1st floor and the elevator is hidden. After checkout, the hotel staff is not helping to bring down luggage to ground floor. After asking then he activated the elevator so that i can access to ground floor. The bed size for twin sharing and single are the same: only 120cm width! Very disappointed and regret to book this hotel. Attach photos is the stairs to lobby

建物、お部屋共に古い感じでしたが、清掃は行き届いてありました。 コストパフォーマンスを勘案すると、良いホテルでした。

Located within the main city area and close to department stores and cafes. Short morning walk to Meriken Park, Chinatown, Motomachi. We had lovely Boston lobster roll at Luke's.
