Gorgeous mansion with helpful small staff

Great property great staff.

The hotel is elegant and charming. The staff was helpful, and the room spotless.

Friendly staff, early 1900s decor and architecture.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. An interesting and attractive place.

helpful staff, especially Amanda

Nice people, nice location. On site parking which is odd for a boutique hotel in SF. Only complaint is there is no shelf in the shower for soap or shampoo. Minor nit.

The service was truly 5-star, and the check-in process was seamless. We loved the room and the beautiful interior of the hotel. It made our stay feel very special.

Such a beautiful place, great location and super nice staff! We also loved the location and the quiet of our room. The staff needs to learn to make a proper espresso, truly. They could up their game on the atmosphere with music in the downstairs and maybe some live greenery. We were there at Christmas and the decorations were dismal. It is just short of how spectacular it could be. It wouldn't take much.

Great hotel. Staff was kind and attentive. Room was clean and comfortable. The hotel has so much personality. We will definitely be coming back.
