Amazing property and excellent service. We arrived too late for food but had a couple of beers instead.

Great hotel, lovely staff and really handy having the on site bar and the 24/7 reception. Stayed to be close to Pinkpop festival, prices were probably a little higher as it was a busier period in the local area. That being said, room was spacious, had all the amenities needed so it was ideal.

Room was disgusting it smelled stale and dirty sheets didn’t smell clean dirty faded curtains furniture smothered in chips carpet worn and smelly room very tired and absolutely stank

Stayed in the attic room 72 with 300 year old beams, excellent staff and area.

The room was very dated, and could use updating.

we had the family room and it was big and quiet, was clean, was just a bit hot for me but will stay there again!

Lovely historic building (not the castle shown in one of the photos!) and comfortable room and bar area downstairs. The beds are way too soft though!! Helpful friendly staff.

Room was cold on arrival but staff sorted it out immediately

It is our recurring place of choice in Kerkrade, where i originally came from. easy walk into town and right of the autoway.
