The stuff was very helpful Ac. Was excellent center of everywhere. Delicious breakfast. Very clean stuff was wonderful.

Wonderful close to old town

Hotel had awful smell and it smelled like mold got headache the moment I couldn’t breathe. In the room there were things missing and they just covered it with carpet. Talk to the receptionist and they offered me another room that room was even more awful it seems like they had just sprayed some spray to make the room smell good. Couldn’t stop coughing. Lost money for 1 day even though I didn’t stay. Had to go get a new hotel.

Hotel très bien situé et impeccable à tous les niveaux. Excellent buffet en matinée pour les petits déjeuners. Service ultra professionnel et très courtois. Je recommande fortement pour ceux qui veulent faire un petit escapade dans le Old Town historic d'Istanbul.

Loads of positives to this hotel. Great location (a five minute walk to the main sites: the Hippodrome, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia is a couple of minutes further on), the room was really big, it was very clean, the staff were all friendly and helpful and a decent provision for amenities. There were a couple of downsides, too: the place is dated. Very dated. I'd go as far as to say shabby. And while there was aircon, it wasn't massively strong. Istanbul is warm, as you'd expect, so I had to sleep on top of the covers. I only ate breakfast there and it was basic. But plenty of it and a good selection. I think the price I paid for what I got was fair. GBP 135 per night for a big city hotel is reasonable, but that comes at the cost of a less fancy accommodation. Overall, this was a good stay: more about convenience than luxury. If you're not precious about a room's decoration, you'll have a decent stay here.

Location couldn’t have been better. Great rooftop with fabulous views, bar and small restaurant. Breakfast was wonderful. Would return.

Every thing was just fine. Excellent location if you want to visit The Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia. Very good breakfast and dining facilities.

Helpful staff and good breakfast. However the elevator was out of service… they said service was called for but it was never repaired for our entire stay. I traveled with my parents who are in their late 70’s and 80’s. They had to go up 3 flights of SPIRAL staircase just to get to the rooms. For a hotel establishment, this is inexcusable.
