很好孩子同行
Great hotel to stay with family. Allows early check in n late check out especially when traveling with kids, it’s really much appreciated.
Only issue is that my room has no view and the trainee staff at reception did not give me a workable access card for me to enter my room which caused me to go back to reception and get it rectify.
Other than that, it was overall a great stay n other staff were helpful.

The staff were helpful but the 4 person double bedrooms were quite small. Its more comfortable for 2 person

The Staff was exceptional and went above and beyond their duties to assist us. We had cell phone issues and Chiquita, Susie, Lily and another woman ( whose name escapes me) this morning at about 6:30AM were so kind arranging Uber rides for us. Chiquita also helped us with plans to visit Rottnest Island.
