Great location and the room was nice. The check-in process was clumsy at best. They do not have a person on site. You were supposed to receive an email with your room number and door code but the email I received did not have either item. They did have a phone number to call on the front door, and eventually I was able to get the room and code. Everything else was good.

Great location. Clean bright rooms.

Person at the front desk was nice. Check in was at 3 but we weren't able to check in until almost 4.we were told after the fact that the hotel just changed hands and they are working out the kinks. Refrigerator was shut off when we got in the room and took a out two hours to get cool enough to put our food and drinks in. If you are a tall person, this isn't a place for you to sleep. Beds are a bit short and have end railings so your feet can't hang off. Bed and pillows were comfortable and the room was very clean. Plenty of shops and food to walk to.

Clean place with a nice view. Close to many places in town while being just out of the main congestion. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable of the area. Would recommend.

Room was clean but had a wet dog smell. Picked up a $3.00 air freshener that helped. Basic no frills hotel. Lots of shopping in Sedona. Parking was easy.

I would definitely stay there again. The price was right, and it was an ideal location for us. There were restaurants we could walk to. The front desk is not attended after hours and was not open when we left so we left the key in the room as instructed when we checked in. We found the room neat had a good TV good heat, nice shower and all the other things that are typically provided in a hotel room. The room was a little dated, but it was perfect for us on this trip.
