Friendly staff. Clean rooms. But breakfast was expensive. Good location.

Great updated boutique hotel with great breakfast in a perfect location.

This is our second stay at this hotel. Location is so central to all of the sites, staff are amazing and the rooms are efficient and stylish. The breakfast buffet is the best way to start your day in Berlin! We will be back!

Room condition and cleanliness was sub par. We stayed for 4 nights and they only cleaned and tidied our room once. When they did they took our towels and did not replace them with new ones. We had to take it ourselves. Great location and all but would not choose again. There are better alternatives for the same price in the vicinity.

Clean room, small bathroom space, awesome staff and amazing location!

We stayed 3 nights and it was not match all the expectations. First of all pictures of rooms and other environments about hotel just made with best angles and not reflection of overall hotel. Rooms are not spacious and moreover I can easily say all carpets are dusty and its not proper for allergic persons. Also bed sheets are not clean enough. It is budget friendly hotel however those conditions are definitely below our expectations.

Not the tidiest room, stained carpets & room wasn't serviced until around 6pm?! Pillows too big & squishy or too narrow & hard made for uncomfortable sleep

The hotel is decent and one block from the Stadtmitte station. The personnel… that is a completely different story! Very unfriendly and sometimes rude. Here are some examples: I arrived at 2pm and asked if there was a chance to check in a bit earlier. The answer was: check in is at 3pm, come back later. There is a better way to say things to people who have been traveling for 17 straight hrs to reach Berlin and chose your hotel out of hundreds available! They didn’t even offer to hold my luggage for that hr so I could take a walk. I had to ask for it. The night before check out, I wanted to make sure I paid my bill since I would have left very early the next morning. While I was speaking with the young gentleman at the front desk, he was sharing something on his phone with his colleague, they were looking at the phone and talking in German between themselves. The next morning, at 4 am, I came down to the lobby with my luggage and put my key on the desk since no one was there. After a few minutes the same young gentleman from the night before showed up in the lobby then quickly went out to smoke. He didn’t bother telling me that the revolving door was blocked, even though so he saw me getting into it. When I came out from the side door, he was still smoking and I asked him why he didn’t tell me not to use it. Guys, you really need to invest more in your personnel …I have never seen this kind of rude and unprofessional service at a hotel. I interacted with 4 different front de
