Nice spacious room with two large televisions, a good size sitting area. Safe and quiet hotel. Our room had a large balcony (with furniture and a hot tub) looking out to the main sidewalk and street in Banff and also a bit of a mountain view.

To be honest the best part of the stay was the breakfast. The hotel room was dirty, needed to have housekeeping coming in and pass the vacuum through the room.

property was going through renovations, so lots of contractors in and out. Also, there was heavy rain and the parking lot surrounding property was flooded and made it very difficult to get in and out of the hotel. There was no offer to compensate us for the inconvenience.
