This hotel was amazing very clean Staff was extremely helpful and friendly i would highly recommend this location. And will definitely be staying here again.. Excellent place to stay.

Automated service put us in the manor block when we had booked into the skyrise block. Lady on reception sorted it out for us a we were given a lovely room in the casino tower

I didn't get to stay there only one night. I was transported by ambulance to a hospital so I really can't evaluate the stay I wish I could get money refunded. I paid for the whole stay and only spent one night Oh well, life I guess

Booked wrong date and tried to change within a few minutes but front desk person with last name Lopez would not help unless we paid the 50 something dollar few. Hotels should be more understanding and help you out if you made a mistake and contacting them ASAP and not charge you if its within a 24hr period.

Staff were very kind and helpful. We enjoyed the pool and included breakfast. Laundry service was nice to have, but bring your own laundry soap. They prepeed the room and had it nice and cold for us when we got there. Only stayed 1 night but would like to stay again sometime.

Clean easy check in I was there for one night felt safe . For an older property it’s super nice.

Great place affordable and open late.

Hair dryer didn't work; empty conditioner

Our check-in attendant was so friendly and helpful. He recommended sites we shouldn’t miss during our trip to Zion. Because of him, I would definitely come back to stay here. I forgot his name, but he was from Los Cabos, San Lucas. The only gripe I have is that they did not clean our room while we were out for the day, but maybe I should have put the sign out on the door.
