合艾乐园度假酒店 (Hatyai Paradise Hotel)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

Booked room for two nights and swimming pool (only reason we took this hotel) was off limits the whole time.

The use of swimming pool should have better control, not simply allowing anyone to jump in to the pool with t-shirt and long pants. Obviously no control is taken to make sure proper attire used... sad!

The stay was amazing. But children were denied swimming at the pool without proper swimming attire. we didnt see any signboard in english there. however, children can rent those swimsuit at the lobby which is a lil bit pricey. the tv has no english or universal channel.. or at least english subtitle.

Good hotel for family retreat, children friendly and good value for money.

No room

Overall is good but just a few suggestions: -booked and confirmed rooms one month ago but they only received the booking from Expedia on my arrival day -morning call was not punctual -hot water for bathing non consistent -suite make us feel uncomfortable -loud water flow sound in room that interrupt sleep

Quite far from Hatyai shopping area... Must take cab to town.

The hotel overall is good and value for price we paid. I’d like to thank to the waitress who specially arranged vegetarian fried rice for me as there was no vegetarian food for the breakfast except toast.

great

One of hotel with halal certificate.. friendly staff and my kids enjoy their swim :)
