The hotel was very well maintained.. Very good customer service and the staff was very friendly. The location is one of the highlights of this hotel , close to many attractions in the city center infront of the Da Nang beach. Walkable the markets. I really recommend this hotel to everyone .

Very happy with our stay here. We are regular travellers to Vietnam and this hotel left us very satisfied. The staff were absolutely lovely, happy to engaged help you out and had a really good vibe. Big congratulations to them and especially the young lady who tried to track down the name of a band I heard across the road. You are a gem! Excellent beds and bathrooms. Nice shower. TV had heaps of channels, even English speaking channels. Really lovely the pool and the view is insane. So great having a bar right next to the pool and the drink prices were quite reasonable for a hotel. We had an ocean view room with a balcony and it was sensational. Breakfast buffet was wonderful.

The room and exceptionally clean and the location is perfect for vacation because it is near the beach and is also near a mall. Hotel employees are very
friendly and is always trying to give a helping hand. I also like the atmosphere of this place, and is pleased with the view of the infinity pool. If I have the chance to come back to Da Nang I would like to book here again

Breakfast was good. Some staffs were friendly but few staffs look stressed and not happy when the guest asked about check in time. ( my check in time was late 5 minutes. The bathroom was bad, the water spilled on the floor when we took the shower. The hotel need to fix
