Excellent, excellent hotel I would highly highly recommend the only thing I don’t like is it doesn’t have an AC

Good location a short tram ride from the city center, with dining options nearby. I was only here for < 24hr on my last night in the country so didn’t get to use many amenities, but appreciated that there was a fitness center, laundry, and free snacks and coffee in the lobby. There is however only 1 washer and 1 dryer, though an app lets you queue up there did seem to be limited hours as well (possibly for noise). The room was quite hot, as the window did not appear to open apart from the German style and there was no central AC or air, just a standing fan. Just happened to visit in a heatwave, unfortunately, but the building’s insulation also prevented the cooler night air from coming in. Front desk staff were friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable.

Professional and very helpful. The rooms are very, comfortable beds and a wonderful breakfast. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate all day!

The staff were very helpful and amazing. We managed to get the last minute tickets to the Lindt chocolate factory. The coffee machine downstairs was too good with variety selection.

Great large room with very comfortable bed. Really nice shower. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel. There is a beautiful bakery only 250 meter away. Taxi both ways to hotel which is only 4 km from central station was very expensive in total for 2 trips was 95 Swiss francs, approx 140 Australian dollars. It would have been more economical to stay at hotel closer to central station, probably would have saved 50 dollars.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the hotel is very modern and clean and there is a free coffee machine for use which was a bonus. Room had its own kitchenette and kettle which was very useful.

We were there for 2 night and it was very nice! First thing we noticed that the room amelled so good and very clean. The staff were so friendly always had a smile on their faces. Would definitely recommend !
