Never again !!!! The worst all inclusive all adult resort I’ve ever been to

First on arrival I paid for 2 double beds . They didnt have any only queen beds which I did not ask for. So I had to wait until 5ish to check in just to get double beds like I requested during booking. My sheets had orange stains , the shower roof fell onto the shower floor while taking a shower. My phone did not work. Buffet selection is horrible maybe 10 actual food items and the rest is bread , fruit muffins very small . There was no entertainment and I been here since Monday. Oh there was a disco party . House keeping came into my room and broke my valentino perfume cap and just left it there .. they didnt restock refrigerator, tissue towels etc. Buffet service was not good and its nasty for ME. I asked for something to drink 3 times from 3 different ppl and never got it. I watch a waiter staff spill an entire drink on a customer and she laughed. There were 2 different fights which is not the resort fault but one fight the staff was involved. Police came and arrested ppl. No elevator had to carry luggage up stairs . This is a small resort which is ok but for this to be all adults it was very boring here. I love Royalton properties but I will never stay at ROYALTON CHIC EVER. Worst experience I ever had

Great experience

If I'm being honest, this was one of my least favorite resorts I've stayed at in all of my travels! What makes it even worse, was that this was my honeymoon! We arrived on a Tuesday afternoon, and weren't given a room until well after 5pm; only after my husband had to raise his voice and demand to speak with a supervisor after we watched multiple other guests walk right in after us and be given rooms right away! Our room was just ok, nothing fancy, all the way in the back of the last building on the resort. Our hot water didn't work initially, my husband had to do something with the pipes to get a hot shower. The resort was very quiet which is nice I guess, but there was very little excitement or entertainment until our last day there which happened to be July 4. Not much music by the pool, and if it was it was boring! We were constantly HARASSED by staff trying to get us to book a $400 massage, or go on one of the timeshare tours! They called our room, knocked on our room door, and walked up on us while we ate throughout the resort. We repeatedly told them all that we were not interested in anything they were offering! And the pool closes to the swim up bar was dirty and I only saw someone out cleaning all the trash and bugs out of the water once during our stay. I didn't eat much food, but my husband said the food was decent. We were gifted a "Romantic dinner on the beach" for our inconvenience at check in, and that food from the steakhouse was pretty good. Overall 4/10!

La comida no está bien, el personal atiende divino son muy amables. Las actividades en el hotel tiene -0. Los cuartos están bien regulares, el hotel no está bien cuidado. No hay ambiente de fiesta, es un hotel bien aburrido. La playa es fea y no es para nadar.

The resort was nice. Our butler Luis Manuel was amazing and anytime their was an inconvenience he was there to help sort it out. A few concerns I have about the resort was the Element dining; you had to flag waitresses down to get water and/or refills they were not consistent enough when it came to ensuring you received everything you needed. My husband also did not like continuously being bothered about buying plans, or amenities when we were laying out at the pool trying to relax and enjoy our vacation. The continued ask to purchase extra and/or timeshare was overwhelming. The cabanas at the pool need to be updated with working outlets, fridges and tv if you are selling them for the price they are.
