Staff was beyond helpful, so kind, and made my stay feel as if I were family. Couldn’t ask for better location - I felt as though I was there for weeks even after a day, how easy it was to navigate. I cannot wait to go back.

Would not stay here again. Rooms reeked of cigarettes. Great location but the pictures are very misleading.

Place was decent enough, centrally located and staff were friendly. The actual hotel was really hard to find. There’s not proper signage out front. The only way we found our way in was another couple was coming out and let us know that we needed to ring the buzzer to be let in, after we had been standing outside for about 10 minutes, trying to figure it out. The office is on the third floor. No signage until you got to the third floor. It is a mixed use building with other businesses and offices inside. The elevator was tiny. We were heading out one morning and a family was having the same issue we had and couldn’t find the hotel. Even the business next-door didn’t know where it was. Our taxi driver couldn’t even find our hotel.

This is the worse accommodation we have stayed in on our vacation. We were told the day before we arrived, that the aircon was broken. When we arrived, the accommodation is only a floor within another building so access was 1 star at best. When we arrived, the lady was very apologetic, obviously. She said don’t worry, we’ll give you a breakfast voucher as compensation. Never saw the voucher! Based on the pricing wanted on this dump, they should be ashamed. The compressor failure on the aircon would have been due to lack of maintenance and planning. You have been warned.

Good hotel , in the middle of everything very convenient for walking to everywhere and clean , we are happy with our stay and will comeback for sure when in Florence

We enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again. The location was great, close to all of the sights and museums. Parking was not too far away.

Hotel was ideal location, free drinks and good room service. It’s not a luxury hotel but good for the price and ideal for those who don’t stay at the B&B and go and explore.

Central location is key…very convenient to see the city. Extra space with table couch and kitchen is nice. Providing a few waters and sodas was a nice touch. It’s located in an older building so has charm and not cookie cutter. Overall great experience and recommend.
