Check-in was almost hostile - staff were distracted, rude, unresponsive and dismissive. The room has air conditioning that barely works, but there is no duvet on the bed anyway, so perhaps it is designed to be hot. It has that 1970s holiday inn vibe. Definitely not 5 stars.

超赞 Love this hotel and it's staff. Very well maintained property with two pools a gym and spa services. The breakfast buffet is exceptional.
The staff is super friendly, kind and helpful. Two bars at the hotel with various activities from DJ nights, piano to bingo and trivia. Taxi stand is outside of the hotel.
Good restaurant, pharmacy, ATM machine and three markets in walking distance. Has buety salon and game room.
The view from the outside pool and dinner is wonderful.
Indoor pool is kept at 27 degrees year round. The massage at this hotel is done via Indonesian ladies that are highly qualified.
This was the highlight of my stay in Turkiye.

This hotel is big enough that they should have unit-controlled AC and heat. The rooms and the hallways were SO HOT but because it wasn’t “Summer” they ONLY had heat. Additionally, a pair of jeans were stolen by the staff from my room and I have received ZERO response from management. One of only two elevators also stopped working which made it miserable waiting on the fifth floor because it’d go all the way up and was full by the time it came down to the 5th. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Love the view and location of this Ramada. The hotel has two pools. The indoor pool is kept at 27 degrees all year. Multiple restaurants with an awesome breakfast. The hotel staff is super friendly, helpful and kind. The beds are very comfortable and they clean the rooms each day. It has a gym with tons of equipment. Highly recommend it. The bar is open 24x7 and they have all sorts of activities at indigo bar by the pool.
