Mayi酒店 (Mayi Hotel)

The Hotel is a nice place to stay, not much around there, but a 15 minute walk takes you to a main st ,which has a couple of restaurants with Turkish food, about 30$ aud for 2 of us being conservative.

Room was clean and security wise it was more secure. Overall our experience with serenity hotel was excellent 🙂

Yes the room was spotless, the entire hotel is spotless. And the staff were very helpful especially engin the receptionist. We made a mistake when booking and we only booked a single room and engin contacted the manager who upgraded us to a double room free of charge. I highly recommend serenity comfort hotel especially if you are in Istanbul for dental operations and cosmetic operations. Five stars all the round, the food is also excellent.

Really nice hotel but it is far from any shops etc. nearest place is mall of Istanbul but that’s about it.

My room was clean and comfortable. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Loved the food and service at the Lobby Bar. Thankyou Mayi hotel!

Yer güzel güler yüzlü hizmet anlayışı yok.

The new hotel location is much better than the old one.

Clean and good location. Staff not too much friendly

Excellent
