The hotel was clean. The front desk staff members were friendly and cordial. The housekeepers were kind and cleaned well.

Staff was very good. Appreciated the drinks at the reception after a long day of NY walking.

Clean and spacious room. Location is great.

Smooth and comfortable. Solid breakfast too!

The view was amazing. The breakfast was very diverse and filling. Definitely recommend the place.

A quick visit to NY. Great location. Walkable to time Square and local shopping areas.

While the staff was amazing, the hotel itself lacks the vibe. Small rooms can be accepted considering the location but everything in the room is dated. From switches to beds to aircon, even the taps .. everything is old and doesnt feels like worth the money paid.

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was very easy to get around Manhattan as there was a subway station very close nearby, about a 3 minute walk. The hotel itself is well maintained and I found the rooms to be a good size. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend hotel.
