Great breafast and great staff

Amazing hotel staff could not do enough for you food was lovely had an amazing massage there n the spa also

My son and I stayed here for 5 nights. The location was perfect! The staff were lovely and the two pools were great! The rooms were cleaned.

Absolutely loved my four days stay at the Mercure Legian. I travelled on my own and felt safe and secure at night.. thank you all for such a wonderful trip

This was our second time staying at The Mecure Legian. A lovely hotel & such a great location too! The staff are absolutely amazing! We had a small issue upon arrival, nothing to do with the hotel, it was our fault & the staff (Ricki) went above & beyond to help us, we were so appreciative! All staff are waiting with a ready smile, from reception, to housekeeping & gardening etc. We feel very welcomed at this hotel Love that there's two pools to choose from. The only issue we had this time was the bedding wasn't very comfortable. Once we got a mattress topper it was better but the pillows were not comfortable at all & I tried quite a few during our month stay. Apart from that it's a great hotel & we would definitely recommend. Thank you Mecure 🙂

Extremely loud from traffic all night long wouldn’t recommend if your a light sleeper

Great location walking distance to so much. Buffet breakfast was great. Dining options were good for vegetarian/vegan. Loved the scrambled tofu roll and veggie burger. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
