Horrible place. Restaurant charges 2-5 times more than outside prices. Despite this, I decided to eat there exclusively to avoid getting sick. Got horrible food poisoning on the second day anyways. Air conditioning was extremely noisy and kept me up all night. Room was somehow dirtier after cleaning then before. Came back the second day to dirt and glass all over my bed cover. Called housekeeping to correct and they never came. Finally ended up finding a vacuum cleaner and cleaning the dirt and glass myself.

Let’s start at the roof & work down! Spa: treated myself to a massage (my bags were huge), sauna/steam, manicure & pedicure. The technicians were magnificent! I felt so relaxed & sparkly (nails had GLITTER)! 10/10 The bartenders/wait staff are awesome, talented and professional, I never felt like a solo traveler. The rooftop bar decor was excellent. 10/10 My room was clean and accessible, cleaning lady was patient and kind. I kept forgetting to push DND. 10/10 The front desk accommodated my missed flight, was available for my late night arrival. Security was very helpful and I felt safe traveling, yet nice and always had a smile. 10/10
