The rooms were extremely small here even with the kind upgrade. Unfortunately there was no food 🍱 available except for the breakfast during our stay. But it was in a good location and kind staff

Very friendly staff and very good breakfast buffet!

The breakfast was delicious and well stock of fruits.

I felt uncomfortable staying at a star-rated hotel because for two consecutive days I requested new towels but was not served (the towels in my room were all torn, discolored, very old, and not clean). The hotel reception staff said they were out of towels and told me to wait until tomorrow… but I still received torn towels. I even took pictures of the towels and showed them to the hotel reception, but I still got the same result. They just said they would relay the message to the service department and seemed to ignore my complaint.

The hotel rooms were advertised accurately, the staff were friendly, prompt and attentive. Check in and check out process was easy. Hotel location is good, close to lots of restaurants and cafes, a quick walk to a good number of attractions. The price was very fair and included a standard breakfast buffet.

We chose a deluxe room , it was to our advantage because the other rooms we saw were very small. The staff are very nice and helpful. Rooms would need to have some refurbishment. Rooftop is a Little deceiving. The furniture is rare. The location is perfect. We are near the church restaurants and shops. Overall we would quote the hotel to a 3.5.

The breakfast was phenomena. The staff were unbelievably helpful. I had left my phone in a ride share we took from the airport to the hotel and they were vital in helping me get it back.

Great value for the excellent service and location. I would stay here again.
