星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

Convenient location, nice breakfast service, friendly staff, clean room

It’s really good hotel, highly recommend!

We made an error in booking this hotel, not knowing there were two Voco properties a few blocks apart in Manhattan. Upon realizing the error, we rebooked the correct Voco location. We knew the original was beyond the cancelation window but hoped the property would help us. Again, we knew we were at the mercy but at least we rebooked at their adjacent property. Unfortunately, they would not offer any assistance. They were certainly not going to refund the entire reservation, nor would they even consider charging for just a day, two, or any other form of a refund. It was our mistake, but we were just disappointed in the $800 cash grab.

The hotel was great for our needs. Good location with convenient access to the subway. Nice courtyard space to enjoy a drink or meal. Staff was helpful and friendly. Elevators were slow.

Easy check in and check out, quick response if needed anything

Tout été bonne!!! Toutes les employés très gentils et très bonne service, impeccable!

amable staff y excelente ubicacion. Recomendado

First time ever going to NYC and probably the last. Wish I did some more research before booking. I wasn’t aware that there was no parking, you have to park at the parking garage the next block over. Also was not told I needed to verify the parking ticket after paying when we decided to take the car to our next tour planned instead of taking a cab. When we came back, the lot attendant told me to verify it for next time. The elevator is terrible, there’s only the one set and with 24 floors you are waiting a while to get down to the lobby. After 4 tries we had to take the stairs twice and I just had knee surgery so it wasn’t easy especially with luggage to carry.

The location was phenomenal. My husband and I came in for a few days for a concert at MSG, and it was less than a 5-min walk. Close to subway, just a couple minutes from Macy's and great shopping , restaurants and bars. Rooms are tiny but super clean and bed was VERY comfortable. (and I am picky!) Would recommend.

Everything was great! Filtered water right outside my room made it easy for me to refill my water bottle before I go out for the day everyday..
