We booked the Queen share room and as soon as we got there and called the staff about checking in, it wasnt looking good because our room didnt have the partial ocean view OR the private bathroom that was advertised and that we paid for. We opted to pay and additional $10 p/night for the other queen share room with these features, though with that were concerns over cleanliness as a toothpick was left on the nightstand. The freezer did not work properly and there were no bowls although there was a toaster that wasn't advertised. Overall for low-cost accommodation it was alright, dated but it works. Won't be staying here again, instead will pay slightly more for a much better experience.

Room was cosy & set up nice & great views from 2nd floor balcony. Owner was efficient when some items were required. Staff nice when I asked for more teabags & coffee for room. Great setup with being so close to the beach & shops

Was advertised as a B&B but when got there the owner said they stopped breakfast years ago but it was still advertising it and that’s owe booked. Owner not helpful at all. The place was advertised as a 4star but it was a 3star on its best ever day. Location was a 25 minute walk into town. Had very limited parking.

No one was there to check us in but we called the number on the door and they gave us our room number. It was clean, our room had a spacious bath and a balcony. Parking was a little tight. It was a few minutes away from town, and the beach wasn’t as close as we were led to believe, but it was quiet and comfy.

excellent value for money. Only real issue with unit was that the door was difficult to open and needs to be adjusted. For 3 people it was quite spacious.

Wonderful location, clean and updated.

Very clean, spacious room in a quiet area. Well priced. But security is poor, they dont give you a key to the front door. Room doors are internal only so if other guests were noisy it would affect you. No wifi password provided, contact person did not respond to a text. We rang 710 am when power wasnt working and no reply. Had to find the two power boards ourselves and flip the tripped switches. Two room lights not working. A little more responsive would help.

No communication that there was no one to check us in. After a second attempt at a phone call, we were informed that our room was unlocked and the key was on the table. We paid $250 for 1 night’s stay in the room with a en-suite bathroom. There was sand in the bath; curtain in place of a door to the bathroom; shower door falling apart, difficult to open and wouldn’t shut fully; outer door to balcony similar; multiple hairs found on bed sheets. Room small and incredibly basic. Totally over priced and substandard.
