Great location and tidy However we had issues with shower and sometimes toilet as lacking any cold water Boiling hot shower and not always able to flush toilet

The guy at the front desk was extremely helpful and changed our room to be more accessible for our mate who decided to injure his ankle two days before our big trip (what a donut). The room was big and comfortable for the 4 of us to stay in. The location was great being close to food and shopping. And a certain district. Would definitely recommend

In the centre of the city. Very tired and needs a complete refurbishment

Staff were very friendly. The bathroom at times only had scolding hot water. We had the family room with 5 beds. Only 4 people so it was very cramped. The only thing we would have loved would have been a mini fridge. Beds were really comfortable. And cleaned daily. Nice and close to everything. Had very quiet neighbors. Would definitely recommend Thank you for a nice stay

This was a decent hotel with comfortable bed.

Great location and the reception staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. Thankyou for the umbrellas on a very wet day 😊 There’s a lot of stairs up to the top floor as expected and under the beds were a little dusty other than that a fabulous stay.

If you’re looking for a peaceful place to sleep, this may not be the best option. The location is very close to the Red Light District, so it gets extremely noisy at night — you’ll hear people partying very late into the night and early morning. Every morning there were also piles of trash outside, which made the area feel messy and chaotic. The bathroom was also extremely small. If you’re tall or have long legs like me, sitting on the toilet was honestly pretty uncomfortable 😅 I did feel safe overall, and the location is convenient if you want to be close to that scene, but personally it just wasn’t my vibe. Lots of tourists and groups of men around because of the area. It really depends what kind of Amsterdam experience you’re looking for.

Good area, close to a lot of stuff and easy to access the rest all by bike. Can hear everything in the rooms though, need to pay for coffee or water downstairs, no fridge in the room etc.

Very central location and very friendly staff. The room that we had for one night was very small and the bathroom was across the hall. It was our own private bathroom but a bit inconvenient. The bathroom was also quite small. Good for solo travellers but for two people it was a bit cramped. Thankfully it was for one night only. Hotel, room and bathroom were clean just very small. Staff were very friendly and very helpful.

It was so bad, I want to give you a zero but that’s not possible so I give you a one. We went at the end of April. The weekend we were there, it was 73 degrees Fahrenheit (21 degrees Celsius) and we learned that the hotel only turns on their AC in July and August. We were so hot! The hotel staff told us to buy a fan. 😑 the room had terrible ventilation so the fans didn’t even help. We tried to get in contact with the hotel for a refund due to the poor conditions but they didn’t answer Expedia’s calls so we got stuck paying $1000 for hell. We needed it staying at a different hotel because of how uncomfortable hot it was in the room. No one was helpful. The room was EXTREMELY small! It says double but that ment double bed. If anyone is larger than 175 lbs, I would not recommend staying here. There is very little space! I am 165 with normal size hips but had a hard time getting around the bathroom.
