Best stay I’ve ever had. Even though the weather wasn’t the best during my stay the location staff and food here were beyond my expectations and set a new standard for my travels

Deluxe room was wonderful! Views, amenities, staff. . .all of it but I did decide to upgrade to a private pool villa.. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! One of the Best properties I have been to!

Staff were helpful, but amenities were old, our hotel room became flooded as there was a drainage problem that took until the next day to be fixed.

I’ve never been to a more peaceful and luxurious resort. The staff is soo attentive and the atmosphere is perfect for a relaxing getaway. We went during the rainy season so we basically had the entire resort to out Just moments from the beach, the Pullman is the most wonderful experience I’ve had outside of home. I can’t wait to get back here. Special shout out to Beam! We love you guys and we will be back again. 1000/10 stars!

Beautiful property, walking distance to a couple shops and massage places. Great pools and ambience.

Fresh, clean room, friendly staff.

Everything you could expect from a solid 5 star hotel. Great service great breakfast. Good rooms etc etc. This hotel is up a steep hill and you need to climb to get to your rooms. If you have arthritis or lung or hear condition it might not be the hotel for you. There is a shuttle that will take you around but you have to wait for it. Nai thon beach has a steep drop off into the ocean and the waves have some force. It not calm like Kamala or the other beaches just south. Though I did enjoy the waves, my wife did not.

Amazing property!

Rooms were ok beds not comfortable however rooms were clean. The breakfast buffet was very good lunch and dinner was ok. Location to a good beach was very good
