Good position, walk to the river passing the train station high ly recommend. Avoid park in front of hotel

Well electricity kept tripping off my wife has a cpac machine so we had no sleep as couldn't take the risk room was supposed to be a family room you couldn't swing a cat in it questioned electricity with staff who couldn't give a explanation. We checked out a day early and book alternative accomodation which was extra cost to us

Staff was great but this hotel was pretty rough, Very loud outside, no ac and room not on the best condition, but the staff was top notch and helpful. I would not repeat this spot.

Lovely staff, extremely convenient location. For the price point, it was perfectly acceptable. It was clean. With updated stuff it would be much more expensive so suited our needs perfectly as it was. Extra shout out to the staff who were so warm and welcoming.

Michelle was great. The other staff, is unfriendly.

The hotel room was clean and well maintained. Unfortunately the bathroom door did not close all the way and there was only one charging outlet available.

The location is very good but the rooms are tiny - in London you should be out and about not in the room anyway. There is a small park across from the hotel and noise from the park at night can be a problem.

Room had been well cleaned. Secure hotel with 24 hour reception. As a solo traveller, would book here again if looking for accommodation in this price range in this area.

Basic hotel perhaps overpriced for the room size. Bed was not a full double. Bathroom snall but functional. Not a fan of blankets which were on the bed prefer duvets. Room above me sounded like it had a clog dance team in it at 1 in the morning. Breakfast rather dissapointing for price paid but at least the coffee was fresh brewed.
