The staff was eager to help

Parking was easy but not secure, lots of pubs and restaurants nearby. Unfortunately never stayed at the white house but was directed to the Seymour hotel 2 doors away. Room on the top floor was tiny, no lift and 61 steps with luggage for OAP's is not good. Rubbish strooned around the parking area, rats abundant. Overall disappointing.

Good location, clean, good bathroom and bed. Good value for the price

I would say that the breakfast was minimal. A selection with pastries would have been better.

Ideal for the price as just needed somewhere to sleep and is in a good location

Can't fault it for the price! Clean room, comfortable bed, lovely staff, parking available, toast and cereal for breakfast included in a great location and really cheap.

I never stayed at the white house hotel.i was transferred to the Seymour around the corner.why I don't know.

The room was okay when i checked in but the cleaner that came to clean the next day didn’t even tidy the room, the floor was tidy and some of the kitchen staff was not friendly during the breakfast
