Great location in town, spacious terrace for balloon watching, good air conditioning and bathroom utilities, and good breakfast selection. You can also book tours and activities directly from reception which may be convenient for you.

Overall a good stay. Not the most luxurious experience for the price but in a good location in Goreme. Staff was helpful and friendly, room was overall clean. We certainly didn't have a negative experience but I might look elsewhere if I were to stay in Cappadocia again

We were in the presidential suite. The jacuzzi tub wasn’t usable and caused the whole bathroom to smell. Even after the cleaning team came in it still smelled. I also kept finding dirt on my bed which looked like parts of the ceiling and walls. I can’t confirm it was flaking off or somehow transferred there. The restaurant is only for breakfast which was disappointing when you wanted afternoon coffee, but the staff were helpful and did restock the room coffee on request. So long as you know you’re spending time in a cave and don’t expect perfection, then you’ll be fine. We only spent 2 nights. Also, definitely not for anyone handicapped as it’s a full maze of staircases. I don’t know if things are better during the summer?

We had a wonderful stay. Breakfast is delicious. We loved the hotel dog and cats. Beautiful property and room. The staff were all so kind and helpful.

Good location, very central. The breakfast was excellent. Staff polite and helpful. We stayed in one of the cave rooms and it was definitely a unique experience. Also the hotel has several terraces to watch the sunset and the balloons rising during the sunrise.

满意 Great locations and excellent customer service but the rooms need to be cleaned and light bulbs replaced and spa bath cleaned. The mattress is very hard to sleep on and in a queen room the doona cover was the size of a double bed, making it cold.
The breakfast was ok but a toaster would be great for those who just want toast and a coffee.
Accommodation would be excellent if the hotel just invested a bit of time in repairing the rooms. 3 stars from me

The room and bathroom was very small but clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent with quite a variety of choices. However, we book a comfort balloon ride with this hotel and paid a higher price but on the day of the flight we were included with all the other guest who paid a much lower price.I advise book directly with the company not with the hotel.

“The hotel was decent overall. It met basic expectations, with clean rooms and standard amenities. The staff was polite and service was acceptable, though nothing stood out as exceptional. Only the location it's excellent, on the center at everything. It’s a good option for a short stay, but they need a little more attention to maintenance in the room and bathroom, would make the experience even better.”
