希斯罗旅馆 (Heathrow Inn)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

The room was really in bad shape.Lights not working Fan not working No parking Cockraches in washroom and on beds. There was a bar outaide and people shouting after drinking. Towels smells verbad. Do not recommend to anyone

Double bedroom was VERY small with one bedside cabinet and a very small wardrobe with NO coat hangers. En-suite was very clean. Down market area.

Everything was good and the reception lady was amazing. The only downside was that there was not hand wash in the toilet which is an essential thing.

We could not stay in this hotel. The room was disgusting, was greeted with a smell of drains and damp as soon as opened the door. Bedding was filthy, bathroom was just disgusting. We were greeted by a gentleman who advised us not to stay, when we got to room seen why.....DISGUSTING!

I arrived at 1:00 am and I was told the room was overbooked and had already been taken. I was told to contact Hotels.com, however, because of how late it was, I was given a very small room with a twin bed for me and my mom. This was unacceptable but given the circumstances I had no choice but to stay.

Room in dirty smi

All good

I tried to cancel within 3 minutes and the hotel wont honour there word about a refund
