Clean room , convenient for Wembley Stadium

Functional, but for the price should be better. Won’t go back unless it improves. Air conditioning would be a start, the fans provided were lacklustre.

Booked for going to a concert in Wembley. About 20 minutes from Wembley Central and 10 minutes from Wembley stadium. Good we didn’t have to queue for the tube after the concert!! Lovely wee beer garden serving all kinds of drinks . Food was amazing , pity they don’t serve breakfast. All reasonably priced. Rooms generally clean, windows don’t shut properly and the curtains were grubby but other than that the room was fine. Would stay again

Very convenient location but the rooms and the whole property seemed to be very poorly maintained and dirty

The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location was perfect, especially if you’re visiting Wembley Stadium as it’s only a short walk away. The staff were all friendly and polite, which made the stay even better. I’d definitely stay here again and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. We had tickets for Bruno Mars on Saturday 18th July and when we arrived at the hotel were told that our room had been cancelled in February and the hotel was overbooked by Expedia, I booked and paid in full in January, we’d had no notification of the cancellation or refund, which should have happened in February when they say they cancelled the room. It appears this is a common practice with the hotel when there are concerts on at Wembley Stadium. There was another couple at the hotel who had been told the same thing. They sell the rooms for higher prices. I am now trying to get a refund but when I called their customer helpline the lady I spoke to couldn’t find my booking. Expedia are now trying to confirm the cancellation although I keep getting messages from the hotel saying we hope you’re enjoying your stay, so it looks like the person we spoke to on the reception desk has marked us as having checked in. This looks like a total scam and a way to avoid paying the refund. I do have proof of homeward travel which took 4 hours, we finally arrived home at 2 am. This has happened to others who booked for Harry Styles and Coldplay concerts. See google reviews and please avoid

Didn't get a chance to stay as when arrived we were told our room was cancelled receptionist was very unhelpful. We explained we booked in January & fully paid when we booked he said they cancelled in February & Expedia should of notified us. Told him we have not been notified hence why we turned up. We contacted Expedia for help explaining everything to them they told us our room was still booked they heard nothing from the hotel regarding a cancellation in February. The guy on reception we found was rude he was obsessed with us checking our emails we told him repeatedly we have had nothing about a cancellation we then asked for proof of email that was sent to Expedia he went into the office came out a few minutes later with a print out to which we told him this is not proof of email we said he just typed it out in which he didn't deny but wouldn't let us have it , it was just a basic letter no email address on it nothing atall to show it had been a sent email. We were not the only ones another couple came in & was told booking cancelled too. We found the receptionist very unhelpful & to be honest he seemed like he couldn't be bothered with helping for a solution in the situation it was basically no room for you now leave, couldn't answer any questions we had regarding this just check your emails was all he kept saying.Thankfully Expedia came through & got us a lovely hotel to stay in which was superb. Would never use this hotel again thoroughly disappointed 😞

Very convenient stay with food and walking around in the area. Lots of nearby restaurants and bars. OYO has great staff and restaurant with best service. I highly recommend stay.

I booked this property last January for my daughter coz she will be watching a concert. When she got there yesterday, the staff said theres no booking under her name or mine. Not very helpful at all and very rude. Good thing I booked through Expedia and they called the property and found out they overbooked the place!!! Expedia helped us with new booking, better than this OYO place. AVOID BOOKING THIS HOTEL!!!
