星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. It was my wedding night, a once-in-a-lifetime occasion, and unfortunately, the experience was far from what I expected from such a reputed hotel brand. My guests had come to decorate our room as a surprise, but instead of being supportive, the lobby staff repeatedly called them downstairs, making the process unnecessarily difficult. They even had a small child with them, yet there was no understanding or cooperation from the staff. The lack of empathy and hospitality on such an important day completely overshadowed our experience. I expected much better service, professionalism, and guest handling from a hotel of this stature. I am deeply dissatisfied with the way we were treated right from the beginning of our stay. This experience has left a very negative impression, and I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously so that no other couple has to go through a similar experience on their special day.
