Amazing all around. Really nice staff, hospitality was 10/10. It was clean everywhere: pools, beach, gym, elevators, stairwells, just everything was SPOTLESS. That’s a very big deal for me. Breakfast was good.
My only complaint is the food at the restaurants wasn’t outstanding for the price, especially compared to what’s available outside the resort. I spent $60 on lunch at El Mirador and all I got was a ceviche, one glass of wine, some bread and water. The ceviche was nothing to write home about. I tried dinner too, spent about $90, and again nothing I’ll be thinking about again. I’m not surprised by the prices themselves, I was more surprised the food didn’t leave a lasting impression. On average I spent €20-€30 eating outside the resort and the food was just as good, if not better.
So I’d recommend leaving the hotel for food. Otherwise my stay was perfect and I’m looking forward to staying here again.

I had to talk to the manager for the van not giving us a ride to the swimming pool. They said they would pick us up in 10 minutes but no one showed up.
The manager was nice to give us some perks. But the staff needs more training.

Love the place, although I would recommend hiring a car. The property was lovely and its surrounding. It could use better signage to area’s of the hotel as you can get easily lost, but the staff were friendly and amazing.

i went for my 22nd birthday and had the most beautiful and amazing time!! staff was so extremely helpful. the resort is kinda far from all the nightlife but there is a bus stop at the bottom of hill near the entrance to the hotel that will take you all around Tenerife for like, 5 euro— although I know party goers and night owls aren’t necessarily the demographic for this hotel, lololol. staff was ridiculously nice too. i felt very welcome!! i will definitely be returning and bringing my friends!! food is awesome too!!

Everything about this hotel was outstanding for us, extremely attentive staff and beautiful amenities.
The beach is so beautiful even though it is quite difficult to reach ( unless you go between 10 and 18 when there is a hotel train/car that takes you there and back)

Beautiful serene location on a cliff away from main tourist areas with secluded beach (we used the wonderful stony steps to get up and down - great exercise). Highly attentive staff and great food options. Verde Mar restaurant particularly good with sustainable options. We had anniversary and birthdays to celebrate and experienced several beautiful surprise patisserie creations in our room.
