Great location especially when going to Enmore Theatre. Also close to many various restaurants

Very convenient location for the Enmore theater.

Super convenient location with paid onsite parking. Was exactly what we needed and the room was comfortable.

A bit noisy on a Friday night

Great location. Clean rooms

Front desk was unattended when we arrived. Had to wait 15 minutes to check in. Toilet was faulty, cistern did not refill after flushing, I had to refill the cistern with the kettle. My partner used the toilet in the foyer. Told front desk that night, they did nothing. When checking out the next day, I told the front desk, said someone will be in touch. Haven't heard a peep. Sent an email. Haven't heard a peep. Terrible customer service.

Great location and ease to do the things we needed to do in Sydney. Great to offer drinks on check in.

We’ve stayed at The Urban Newtown a couple of times and it never disappoints. Thanks to Hotels.com member perks we got our room at a great price, check in was speedy and we were even offered to help ourselves to the fully stocked fridge in reception (beer and wine - unheard of!) The hotel is so unique with the internal gardens. The rooms are urban style at its best, complete with concrete ceilings and exposed piping, but they’re warm and inviting. The bed was so comfortable and surprisingly quiet considering its location in the heart of Newtown.

Good room, helpful staff. Only issue was noisy from workmen early in the morning.

Great location - we went to an event at the Enmore. It was so close and amongst the action. You could hear traffic noise but it didn't disturb us. The free drinks in the lobby was a nice touch and the bed was extremely comfortable.
