Avoid this place if there are other options. Location is reasonably good, good size units, but property is not well managed, cigarette smell all over and minimal (or no) service.

We missed our connecting flight and lost the money for the first night for no fault of our own. We let them know as soon as we found out but they would not credit it. We had to beg for 2 hrs late checkout! That was frustrating.
Location is nice.
They have an arrangement for breakfast at the hotel across the street and the breakfast was the highlight of the one night stay!

一般 The internet never worked at all. Every day during our three day stay we were assured the technician had fixed it, but there was never usable internet. In this day and age a hotel with no internet is unacceptable. We could not even send email most of the time. Everything else about the place is excellent.

Excellent location. Parking is tight, but thankfully available. Felt very safe and at home for our 1 week in Nice. Highly recommend.

Location was great with a short walk to the beach. Parking on site was nice, but make sure to have a small vehicle. Air conditioning wasn't working. They did provide fans when we asked about the room temperature.
