Horrible staff....I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. We ahd booked the hotel earlier for 29th Dec - 4th Jan. Later we changed it to 28th-3rd Jan (almost 1.5 - 2months before travellign).We were told that they can accommodate us. Suddenly during 1st week of Dec, i was informed that 28th Dec, they cant accommodate us and if we want we can cancel (by this time cancellation wasnt oossible as all the hotels were almost fully booked or overpriced). We had informed them to do it from 29th -3rd Jan in that case. When we reached, they forcefully made us pay for 29 dec-4th jan and threatened us to call police if we dont oay for 6nights even when we stayed only for 5 nights. They didnt provide us amenities for 2 nights for the extra bed. Didnt change the AC batteries for 2 nights due to which the room was very hot. The bathrooms don't have any exhaust. Overall its a laid back property but the service and staff are very rude (specially the girl at the reception - she shouldnt be allowed in the hospitality industry). I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Terrible customer service, still waiting on a response on if they will refund our money. We had no showers, bathroom was full of bugs when we arrived. No response to our complaints. We found the staff rude and unhelpful. We ended up having to find a different place to stay so we could finally take a shower

You can see thar this was once a classy resort, however it has been let slip. Upon my arival i complained that i had very very poor water pressure and no hot water. After seven days, the water pressure was still little more than a dribble and still no hot water. Sure, its in a great location and some of the rooms/ bungalows were great in a backpacker way, but for the money asked, there are many better places within one minute walk.

Another enjoyable stay at this friendly hotel, always enjoy the gardens.

The first room assigned was way in back and up numerous stairs and inclines. I am not a young man anymore. It was like a gym workout to get to my room. Internet was troublesome at times. Phone in room did not work. TV extremely limited. A/C in room went out took entire day to fix. Place could use a facelift. Spent a decent amount of my time there a bit frustrated.

Location is good . It is near the main street but rooms are not by the street . Like a bangarow in the garden. Swimming pools sre cozy but they have 2 pools for kids. Suit for long stayer. Staff are friendly. No any lift. Shoud walking from reception to room in the garden.It seems lttle bit difficult for old person.

Excellent position- short walk to beaches. Clean and well presented rooms

Position between Karon and kata beaches good. Cultural gardens. Ditty sun loungers and mistresses with dirt and grime in them, tv not working and room not always serviced. They charge for pool towels and only have reception deposit boxes rather than safe in room Restricted breakfast choice.

Enjoyed the garden setting and koi ponds. Very relaxing.
