The property was clean inside, but the outside was awful. Litter all around the hotel and blowing over the outside front doors. This put us off straight away as they couldn't even be bothered to litter pick the outside of the Hotel. A number of the international guests noted on the litter outside. The local district is like a third world country.

The hotel is nice and clean. Staff are very friendly. The breakfast was great, however, found a hair on the scrambled eggs. And the coffee was warm not hot.

Very clean and new facilities. Warm hospitality from the staff.

Night staff was extremely rude and made for an uncomfortable stay.

Great hotel - rooms were nice and spacious. Beds were comfortable and breakfast and evening meal were good. Staff were mixed - some were very friendly and others appeared a bit rude - the waiter tutted at us 2 minutes after sitting down because we hadn't made up our mind over food. Reception staff when checking in were great. Area is a little rough.

The hotel is really nice ; the staff at reception and in the restaurant were really welcoming. Just need to provide gluten free sausages and hash browns for breakfast as really easy to do

Staff was courteus and the room was good for the price paid

Comfy beds

The room is pristine clean but some toiletries were not offered like facial tissue box, toothpaste & toothbrush. There is no bedroom slippers. There is no vanity kit. Breakfast is free but you have to eat the same kind of food for the duration of our trip which is 9 days. I also hope that they will put a mini fridge next time. The staffs are all very courteous & accomodating.
