Check in and check out was quick due to staff efficiency. Had a studio unit that overlooked the street so some traffic noise. Unit was light and airy with air conditioning and a ceiling fan. Property is tired looking but tidy. Can get noisy with neighbours. Secure parking, depending on availability is either in a locked garage or off street in parking bays. Easily accessible to Cullen Bay eateries, casino, Mindil Beach, Fanie Bay, Esplanade, CBD whether walking or driving. Had an enjoyable stay.

Great service and the apartment was amazing and comfortable view was spectacular of the marina thank you for my stay!! 10/10

Aircon was a little noisy but all else was great.

great little place to stay, quiet rooms, nice swimming pool. Close to walk around Darwin and Mingle beach

First room we booked the walls were dirty - cleaned not very throughly and tv was broken in on bedroom - we got moved to a cleaner room however that room didn’t have a tv in bedroom and the shower had barely any water pressure. It use to be my go to place for family holidays in Darwin but unfortunately has gone down hill. I will say the staff were lovely and accommodating.

Toilet basin was leaking .Room otherwise OK.Difficult to find reception staff but helpful when found

Need to service and change room amenities regularly

Staff was nice but the room was covered with mold smell from the bathroom and dust was piling up around the A/C and windows. Not cleaned enough. Also the room was very outdated. Definitely needs a refurbishment.
