很好 Bed was comfortable and great view from my room! A bit of a hiccup at check out, they asked me to pay, even thought I had already paid. Slightly awkward back and forth requesting payment. I had to email them my payment receipt, show banking app, show the app I booked on, details of which card I paid with and then a couple of phone calls to the reservation team which turned out they had typed something wrong into my room.
I asked for a receipt, they said they would email me the receipt as they couldn’t give me one as it was still showing as not paid. I never received the receipt.
Apart from this mix up, the hotel was really nice.

很好 On arrival the receptionist was very warm and welcoming, overall staff was lovely. The Crome cast did not work in our room, we had several staff try to fix it, so we was switched rooms to the one next door for it to be the same and told to wait until tomorrow for it to be put on the job list. Bathroom floor had a hole in it which was just covered over with thin wood and Lino. Breakfast was lovely, a lot of variety. We only had one bath robe in each of the rooms we had that was booked for 2 people.

超赞 The room was lovely and spacious, bed was really comfy and the bathroom was gorgeous. Staff were so lovely and helpful. The hotel itself is very modern and really attractive. Good location to be on the docks and it would be great if you’re going to the area or exhibition centre. 10 min walk into the city centre. Really recommend and we’ll definitely be back!

很好 Great hotel, next to local arena but away from the bars and restaurants. Big car parks next door . Only 10 minute walk to Liverpool one.

超赞 We stayed in the premium deluxe room and it was beautiful. Nice big windows and a nice big bed. The mini bar is included in the room, however. The only “snack” included was 1 packet of crisps and 2 caramel wafer biscuits. There was choice of mini bottle of wine. But only one of Diet Coke can.
The hotel itself was lovely, the main toilet area in reception was very aesthetically pleasing. We sat down in the lobby to watch the football and it was pleasant even with the amount of people in there. Food was delicious and the choice at breakfast was fantastic. We were woken by the fire alarm at 6am unfortunately, which was sad as a lay in was on the cards. Also, coconut milk shows as an alternate option on the card in the rooms but they don’t actually have this option. All in all, the staff, the quality of the food and the stay were superb
