Nearly everyone working there was extremely kind and eager to help. I had to call for a maintenance issue and he arrived within 15 minutes! I was offered to check in early since the rooms were all ready. Really impressed with your staff. Breakfast is the typical Embassy Suites offering; i.e. great! Evening "happy hour" good, snacks decent.
My only issue was that my stay was over the July 4 weekend and there were many groups and families. The pool/spa area is not monitored at all and children were screaming for hours, jumping and attempting to dive into the spa, etc. I heard other guests complaining about this, as well. And because of the shape of the hotel all of this noise is funneled right into the rooms facing the pool. I'm sorry I bothered to pay extra for "mountain view" when it meant I had the golf course in the way of my view and noise to contend with.
Other that this, we had a great stay!

The young lady at the front desk at check in was not very nice but everyone else were stellar.

Clean property, it was a good way to relax for birthday weekend. Didn’t get to use the complementary drinks but wished the hrs were flexible

The room was nice and clean. I liked the living room and the furniture was cool. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was easy. Great pool and view of the mountain across the golf course. Great made to order breakfast. We’ll definitely be back!

Original room I booked reeked of weed which was unfortunate, but the staff was very nice and accommodating, and got me into a better upgraded room right away. First night the fire alarms went off at 3am, my 6yo was really upset, entire hotel was awake and agitated. Pool was very crowded which was fine but poorly kept pool decks scraped up our feet. Free snacks, drink coupons and the breakfast buffet was FANTASTIC! Overall 3/5 only because of the weed smelling room, fire alarms at 3am, and poor pool deck maintenance.
