Really cute boutique hotel in a fantastic central location, with very short walk to centre of town. Loved all the little additions, including complimentary happy hour in front of the fire. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

This hotel is something special! The decor, the ambience, the location. Also having free mini bar, free happy hour and free breakfast was such a nice touch! Close to the gondolas and to main town square. The room was spacious and had beautiful views of the mountains. Do not hesitate to stay here - you will not be disappointed!

We were incredibly impressed with the service and attention to detail of everyone who worked at the Dairy. They went out of their way to make sure all our needs were met. This includes packing breakfast for us when we had an early excursion and even doing a load of laundry for us the night before we left. We spent several hours in the common room reading and raiding the complementary snacks. It was lovely to settle down for a few hours on a sofa rather than a hotel bed. The location is amazing…5 minutes up the hill for the gondolas and 5 minutes down the hill for center of town. My only regret is that I forget to ask where to get the apricot and lemon preserves they had at breakfast. Thank you for a great stay! We hope to visit again someday.

Very unique little hotel, very accommodating and homely with many included food and beverages included in stay.

Beautiful comfortable rooms. The staff are really helpful, friendly & the happy hour next to the fire is a great way to unwind after skiing. Hotel is in the middle of the city near everything. Lots of skii/hiking shops, a vast array of restaurants, cafes & pubs.

Great Location, great breakfast and fabulous large room, staff are excellent, highly recommend a stay here.

The service was very personal, enjoyed the happy hours drinks and nibbles , the spa was always hot . Varied choice for breakfast . Great location for access to Queenstown

Awesome location, awesome staff, awesome rooms. Really enjoyed my stay here with my wife. Great place to meet new people in the evening with happy hour with other guests. 100% be back again.

Warm cosy close to everything g

We were allowed to leave our bags before and after check in, which was really nice. Great location, short walk to town center. Breakfast , happy hour and chocolate all included.
