2nd time staying here. Huge pool is the reason why. Lota of pool chairs. Drinks are good. They have a paletero man pass by. Rooms are nice and clean.

Everything was extremely clean. Check In was super easy kid, friendly resort my grandkids loved the pool and sitting out on our balcony at night watching the sun go down.

Staff friendly, pool was big, bar available at pool too, clean gym that was available 24 hrs. My go to place when available.

For the love of all that is good and decent, get rid of that horrible perfume that pervades the lobby. It is the same god awful perfume that makes the Fountainebleau in Vegas un-visitable. And there are many great scents, less overwhelming, less obnoxious than that headache inducing olfactory swill you inflict on visitors. The pina colada odor at the Mandalay Bay is pleasant, tropical and fun, for example. I would rather smell stale cigarette smoke. CHANGE THAT HORRIBLE ODOR!!!!! MAKE WHOEVER MAKES THE DECISION TO KEEP IT TRY IT FOR A FEW DAYS IN HER OR HIS OWN LIVINGROOM.

Loved the pool and the pool bar. Rented a day bed chair at the pool, super comfy.Room was nice enough. The staff was amazing, especially at the front desk. They were very attentive and helpful. Will definitely stay here again. The only thing that I think could be improved, is the hotel restaurant. We had breakfast there, and decided not to do the buffet. We waited for our server to come back for 15 minutes to take our order. Then when the food came, my eggs were overcooked, and the potatoes they give you are french fries. That’s just not my style for breakfast. However, that’s really minimal and would not keep me from staying here again.
