星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

Nice friendly staff easy check in good location close to island Fashion Mall and 711 all in walking distance Room nice and clean very good value hotel will definitely stay again 😊

Very clean.

Good hospitality, clean room.

The service is bad and the food is bad.

Walking distance to Fashion Island with variety of shops and food, quiet space at night for a good rest, all good!

We have stayed at Synsiri for a total of 45 nights over 6 separate stays. The deluxe room is spacious and comfortable but sound proofing is not good and human hallway traffic and doors slamming is noisy and normal on most nights. The showers have weak pressure and the wifi reception in the room is hit and miss but the rooms generally come at a low price so if your expectations aren't high it is well located within walking distance of many shopping and restaurant options.

Convenient location and comfortable deluxe rooms that are reasonably priced. Downsides for us were weak shower, poor wi-fi signal and noisy door slamming neighbours

We have stayed at Synsiri on 7 separate occasions now and enjoy its convenient location and comfortable deluxe rooms. This time we did have some plumbing issues in our room which were partially repaired, issues with wifi and noisy neighbours very early when we overlapped with a golf tournament

Great location. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good, and the staff was wonderful. I would definitely stay again

We have stayed at Synsiri on 6 different occasions and enjoy its value and location. This time we stayed in a standard room for just a one night stay on a Saturday night and found it to be very noisy close to the highway and nearby guests. Would recommend the deluxe rooms on the quieter side of the hotel which are also larger.
