Very close to all amenities, trams, trains, rideshare were all nearby.
Excellent dining options along the Southbank forecourt.
Room was very nice, little dated in some areas but clean and comfortable. Staff were super helpful and polite.
Used parking across the road at Eureka and was very easy to transit to Oaks.

Only issue was shower screen leaking leaving lots of water outside shower other then that it was a really good stay this was not my first time staying there and won’t be my last ether highly recommended

Thought we would have parking in the same building and cost was higher than expected. I believe parking costs should be disclosed in the inline booking.
The only fault with the room is the bathroom fans were extremely noisy and we preferred not to use them.

The apartment was a good layout, with spacious living room and kitchen area. The location was very convenient to Southbank and all amenities. Unfortunately one toilet was not cleaned which was not nice to walk into, and very disappointing.

The room was clean and functional. The location was great. Staff were great. I needed help with the air conditioning which was very prompt, but it turns out the air conditioner was useless anyway. They need new carpet in the entry. It was very stained. Otherwise everything was good.
