超赞 We spent 4 wonderful nights, and all the employees were very friendly and assisted us on the places to visit. The rooms were nice and clean. Bed was comfortable and clean sheets. Air conditioner worked extremely well. I would definitely recommend this hotel room all my family and friends. The location of the hotel is in the civic center were all the restaurants and near on the shops. Limited amount of vehicles in the civic center, other then bikes and motorcycles.

Lovely hotel and very well situated for all the sights, food and drink. Staff were really helpful and accommodating to ensure our needs were met and a comfortable stay was had. Clean, and exceptional air conditioning allowed a very comfortable stay during very hot weather. Good breakfast. Would highly recommend.

很好 Great location and the room I had was large and modern by French standards. Air conditioning was good.
Issue here is the too common indifference, at best, or customer resentment, at worst, too common in French “hospitality” locations. The staff here are doing a disservice to the owners. I had a second night which I could have booked here, but booked the ONVY instead. Night and day difference. The staff at the ONVY could not have been more helpful…from a free breakfast to getting my room available before the official check in time…in stark contrast to this place, where my room was miraculously available at exactly 3 pm but not a minute before. Shameful

A great hotel that checks all the boxes: great location right by the Saint-Sernin Basilica and excellent restaurants nearby; the nicest staff I have ever met in France; and real air-conditioning that made the canicule (heatwave) bearable. I will definitely stay here again!

We were in Toulouse during the dreaded 2 week canicule. The hotel was cool and clean and staff were helpful, letting us park next to the hotel in the pedestrian zone to unload and load our luggage. In the heat, walking 10 minutes to the parking lot would have been a challenge with all our luggage. It is in an interesting part of the city, but sadly it was too hot to explore. There is an elevator and breakfast was good.
